Shipping Information

Packing and Shipping

  • When we received your order, we will pack your order inside a hard cardboard box and vacuum sealed it, so it will be packed carefully and with maximum discretion, labelled with no smell and no indications or advertise of what the product is to keep your privacy
  • Shipping cost is a flat rate of $15, any order over $200, we will pay shipping for you.
  • Shipping time will take about 2 to 3 business days, some orders might only take 1 day, or it might take 4 days, depending which area you are in. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can track it from there. Since we will be emailing you the tracking number before the package is scan at the post office, information on their website might not show up until the package is scanned by the system, so please check back later to see the updated information.
  • If you do not received your order 2 days after the expected delivery time, please email us and we will help to file a trace with Canada Post.
  • Once a trace is filed, Canada Post will then start an investigation, it might take up to 5 business days to complete the investigation
  • If the package is located, Canada Post will ship it to you again and you will received it in a few days.
  • If it’s “ unrecoverable “, we can reimburse up to $100, please noted that this reimbursement can only be offered once in your account lifetime.
  • We do recommend to add customer notes “ require for a required signature upon delivery “ to protect your order, Any orders that are over $500 will send with a Signature Required, but if you do not want this option, please leave a note with your order to indicate “ No Signature Required “
  • We are not able to issue any refunds for transactions if any late delivery due to any Postal issues
  • If the re-sent package is lost, we will not be able to issue any refunds too

Ordering

Member

  • You do not need to be a member to place any orders from us, but you do need to be at least 19 years old and is living within Canada in order to purchase any products from us
  • However, it’s free to become a member of us, simply click the My Account page and register and create an account with us, the benefits of registering an account with us is that you will receive any seasonal promotional coupon codes from us and get the best discount for your future purchase, therefore its highly recommended to register an account, since is free.

Shipping and Billing

  • The shipping and billing address will be the same, if you want to change it, you can login and click on My Account and update the address, if your order shipping address is different from your billing address, please do provide the correct shipping information when placing any orders.
  • You can also change your username, email address and password when you login to your account

Edit or Cancel Orders

  • If you wish to edit any of your orders, you can create a new order before your order is shipped and email us to cancel your original order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do email as us as soon as possible, if your order is processed or shipped, then the order can not be cancelled.

Payment

  • We are currently only accept Interac e-Transfer payment
  • An E-transfer email can take up to 30 minutes to an hour to reach our payment department after you have sent the payment, once the payment department received the payment, then we will process it and pack your order.
  • If you are using any online Banking with Canadian Bank/Credit Union, then its very easy to send an Interac E-Transfer, for more information on how, you might contact your Bank or please see the details from the link : http://www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html
  • All product prices are already included tax
  • We do not require any minimum or maximum order amount, any orders that are not over $200 will charge $15 shipping fee, orders over $200, we will pay for shipping for you

Return and refunds

  • Returns are accepted ONLY if the product is not as described, and not being opened and used, and you must let us know within 7 days after your have placed your order.
  • Buyer will pay for return shipping fee, and package must not be opened and used, if you did open the package, and you must be able to pack it back as the ways it was packed with maximum discretion.
  • Once we received the returned product, and with verify that its not being used, then we can issue you a refund, but if the product is being opened and used in anyways, we will not be able to issue any refunds.
